• Phone Numbers: Allezu DOES NOT currently collect or store phone numbers.
• Location Data: Geolocation used to find local sports games (user-controlled).
• Usage Data: Information on app interaction to improve service and prevent fraud.

2. HOW WE USE AND SHARE DATA

• Facilitating Games: Player names are shared with Organizers for roster management.
• Communications: Email used for game alerts, field changes, and notifications.
• No Selling: Allezu does NOT sell personal data to third parties for marketing.
• Service Providers: Shared with trusted vendors (hosting, payment) solely to operate the platform.

3. DATA RETENTION & DELETION

• Users may request account and data deletion at any time via settings.
• Organizer data is retained while an account is active to maintain community records.

4. AGE RESTRICTIONS (18+ ONLY)

Allezu is strictly for users aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect, maintain, or use personal information from individuals under the age of 18. If you believe a minor has created an account, please contact us immediately.

5. CALIFORNIA PRIVACY RIGHTS (CCPA)

Allezu is based in the United States. If you are accessing the service from the European Economic Area (EEA) or the United Kingdom, please be aware that your information will be transferred to, stored, and processed in the U.S. By using the Service, you consent to this transfer. We apply high standards of data protection and individual rights—including the right to access, rectify, and delete personal data—to all users regardless of their location.
