1. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE

Allezu is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform providing organizational tools for pickup sports. Allezu provides a platform for Organizers to coordinate games and for Players to join them. Allezu does not own, host, manage, or insure the physical games or events organized through the platform.

2. ELIGIBILITY (18+ ONLY)

Allezu is strictly for users aged 18 and older. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and have the full legal capacity to enter into this agreement. Allezu does not knowingly permit users under the age of 18 to participate in games or access the platform. If we learn that a user is under 18, we will terminate their account and delete their information immediately.

3. ACCESS AND SERVICE FEES

Allezu is currently offered at no cost. Allezu reserves the right to introduce fees or subscription models for specific features in the future. Users will be provided with advance notice and the opportunity to review new terms before any charges are incurred.

4. ACCEPTABLE USE OF COMMUNICATION TOOLS

• Purpose: Messaging tools must be used strictly for sport-related logistics.
• Prohibited Content: Users are prohibited from using Allezu for marketing third-party products, spamming, harassment, or distribution of inappropriate content.
• Enforcement: Allezu reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts immediately for violations of this policy.

5. USER RESPONSIBILITIES

• Organizers: Responsible for game detail accuracy and ensuring participants meet the age requirement (18+).
• Players: Must adhere to the Allezu Player Code of Conduct and participate at their own risk.
• Account Security: Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY & DISCLAIMERS

• "As-Is" Basis: The service is provided without warranties of any kind.
• Third-Party Disputes: Allezu is not an arbiter for disputes between Organizers, Players, or Venues.
• Liability Cap: Allezu's total liability for any claim shall not exceed $100.00 USD.

7. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

• Governing Law: State of California, County of San Diego.
• Mandatory Arbitration: You agree to resolve claims through final and binding arbitration.
• Class Action Waiver: Claims must be brought in the parties' individual capacity.

8. MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS

Allezu reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
